  • Garam masala powder: 3/4 tsp
  • Juice of lemon: 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves chopped, 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped, 2 tbsp
  • Oil: 2 tbsp

For frying:

  • Oil: 3 tbsp

Preparation of Fried Fish:

  • Clean and wash the fish pieces.
  • Chop the curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  • Add all the items for the marinade specified above. Mix it well and set aside for 1 hour.
